The Electronics KTN is an independent company, not for profit, limited by guarantee, funded by industry and government.

Our Board of Directors is made up from leading industrialists, who are supported by advisors from EPSRC, BERR, the Technology Strategy Board and UK Trade & Investment.

The Executive team is located in Cambridge, Glasgow and Edinburgh, with registered offices in London, and we operate in a "virtual" environment.
